The Paleo Diet

What is a Paleo Diet? Essentially this diet consists of cutting modern foods from our diets and basically eat what our early ancestors ate in the hunter-gatherer era. Cutting out processed food, foods loaded with sugar, and also foods loaded with fat. The diet mainly focuses on lean proteins, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. Basically anything that could have been hunted-gathered a very long time ago. Every food group has many nutrients packed in them, unlike the empty calorie processed foods.
